  • Understand the claiming of grants.
  • Understand the Organising Framework for Occupations (OFO) and add the relevant OFO Codes applicable to your company in the Premier HR system.
  • Capture and/or update the relevant Skills information on company level, employee level and position level.
  • Load planned training interventions.
  • Convert planned training interventions into actual training interventions (both completed and uncompleted interventions).
  • Load employees’ highest qualifications.
  • Generate reports from the Skills Management module.
  • Export Skills information into MS Excel in preparation for submission.
