Course Overview
This course provides comprehensive training to develop the knowledge and practical skills to complete bookkeeping functions up to trial balance using the Sage 50cloud Pastel Partner.
What’s covered in the course:
- Process supplier, customer cashbook and journal transactions.
- Complete second-month trading, including quotations, sales orders, invoices, credit notes, remittances, month-end processing, and tax management.
- Generate and interpret general ledger, customer, supplier and inventory reports.
- Perform essential accounting tasks such as error corrections, scheduled invoices, take-on balances, financial reporting and bank reconciliation.
Course pre-requisites:
- Bookkeeping Fundamentals.
- Basic computer literacy – NFQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- Mathematical Literacy or Grade 10 Mathematics.
- Sage 50cloud Pastel Partner Intermediate – Setup and Maintenance.
