Description
This course covers the following:
- Identify the purpose of the Skills Development Act.
- Understand the payment of levies pathway.
- Understand the claiming of grants.
- Understand the Organising Framework for Occupations (OFO) and add the relevant OFO Codes applicable to your company in the Premier HR system.
- Capture and/or update the relevant Skills information on company level, employee level and position level.
- Load planned training interventions.
- Convert planned training interventions into actual training interventions (both completed and uncompleted interventions).
- Load employees’ highest qualifications.
- Generate reports from the Skills Management module.
- Export Skills information into MS Excel in preparation for submission.
